I’m pleased to announce that I’m now teaching “Chair Chi” classes at the Lake Community YMCA in Uniontown, Ohio. The Chair Chi classes feature exercises culled from Tai Chi, Qigong, and various breathwork traditions that can easily be done while seated in a chair. If you would like to experience the wellness benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong but have issues with standing for the duration of a 45-minute class, these sessions are for you!
Classes are held the second and fourth Fridays of each month, 11:30am-12:15pm. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
